What excites you most about your ministry? I love the idea of real fellowship among us, the brothers and sisters of Christ. Now we see in a mirror dimly, but I believe as Epic grows and matures, there will be more and more love in the HC Community!
Hobbies: Camping with my wifey, golf, fishing, snowboarding, learning how NOT to fix cars while trying to learn how to fix cars, Playing NES (The original circa 1985), cooking/eating.
Book you recommend to everyone? Meet Mr. Smith (if you are married), Captivating/Wild at Heart/The Way of the Wild Heart if you are not.

Your biggest passion?  Cooking great food for Jesus. Period.

Shelli Kay Daniels

What ministry are you involved in?  Incarnational Ministries
What excites you most about your ministry?  The chance to see people truly changed by the deep and compassionate love of Jesus for them.
Hobbies: I love coffee, so I am often found sipping away at some coffee shop.  Exploring new cities - road trips and new music.  I love to exercise, especially with my iPod on a good shuffle.  Reading. Writing. Painting. Singing. Sometimes even dancing!  And definitely laughing loud with friends.

Favorite book of the Bible:  I love the book of Ephesians. It is just chock-full of encouragement and practical advice for believers.  I often come back to these verses and am reminded of who Christ really says I am.  So very, very loved.
If someone wanted to do something really nice for you, what would they do? Write me a letter.  Recommend me a book.  Make me a mixed CD.
Book you recommend to everyone? For women: Cold Tangerines by Shauna Neiquist.  I cried.
For men: Seizing Your Divine Moment by Erwin McManus.
For everyone: Blue Like Jazz by Donald Miller and Approval Addiction by Joyce Meyer.  These two books both influenced my life in significant ways.
Your biggest passion? People.

What excites you most about your ministry? The sheer beauty of people’s lives and power and change that comes when you journey with them towards Jesus.
Hobbies: Creative writing, playing guitar, being outdoors, making my friends do ridiculous stunts, laughing really hard, finding new and creative environments, dreaming with graphing paper and sharpies and collecting moments that “move” me.
Book you recommend to others: Abba’s Child by Brennan Manning, anything by Dr. Neil  T. Anderson who teaches on understanding our identity in Christ.

If someone wanted to do something really nice for you, what would they do? Write me a note/encourage me, do something creative with me, take me on a crazy adventure, buy me a cup of coffee and share a heartfelt conversation.
Your biggest passion? Speaking truth into people’s lives on a deep level. Seeing people lit on fire for Jesus.  Understanding the Scriptures. Connecting with humanity.  Being crazy inspired and doing everything I can to let it out.  The power of expression/human emotion. Combining all of the above to bring something beautiful to this world.

What excites you most about ministry? Seeing children grow in Spirit and Wisdom.
If someone caught you on a Saturday off, what would you be doing? Working at the academy, playing volleyball, metal detecting

If someone wanted to do something really nice for you, what would they do? Give a scholarship to a deserving child.

Kari Jo Campbell

What ministry are you involved in? GROW - the Children's Ministry Director 
What excites you most about your ministry? The GROWth I see in the children, parents, volunteers, and the body of Christ as a whole in the way they are learning to minister to our families. I also love when I hand out surveys and people write down amazing responses and feed back - I love reading what people have to say about the ministry and what God is doing throughout each piece of the GROW puzzle.
If someone caught you on a Saturday off, what would you be doing? If I didn't have anything to do it is raining, I would paint. If it’s sunny, I would go hiking or biking with my husband. Or if my husband and I had both Saturday and Sunday off we would definately go camping. But usually there is something to do or someone to meet so my husband and I would "sleep in" until 7 or 8, make pancakes, do laundry, and meet with someone/do something.

If someone wanted to do something really nice for you, what would they do? Send my husband and I on a trip so that we can just relax, rest and rejuvenate (my preference somewhere warm with sandy beaches)!
Hobbies: Painting, reading, just learned how to knit, running, hiking, camping, biking, eating my husband's food, scrapbooking
Your biggest passion? Loving children as Christ does, listening... to my family, friends, strangers & painting.

Nathan Vrentas

What ministry are you involved in? Altar call, Epic Life’s recovery ministry
What excites you most about your ministry? I get excited when I am surrounded by people who are experiencing transformation in their life. I love seeing people put their foot down and stand as solid as a rock, accomplishing goals they may not have been known they could succeed in. Working alongside some of today's and tomorrow’s brightest and most profound leaders has been so exciting because I know if I stand long enough with this mirror in my hand, they will see what I see in them and that is excitement on your toes.
 Favorite Bible verse: Matthew 10:23 I believe this is my life verse and the lord has given it to me through many people over the years that don't know each other and it points the direction to the journey to Israel that one day the lord will call. And even greater that Jesus will return before we can even accomplish the work he has set us out to do, so always be prepared for the coming of the lord as you work.
If someone wanted to do something nice for you, what would they do? Something nice that people do for me that I really appreciate is writing me a letter. Its something I don't receive often but I think it is a personal and awesome way to show you care.
Hobbies: I love to ride my dirt bike. I have a CR250 motocross bike and it’s a great hobby. I also like to play Frisbee tag.
Book you recommend to others? I recommend The Purpose Driven Life. It’s a great start and recap over the years. it opens a thought for a deeper personal relationship with god, also 
What is your biggest passion? My biggest passion is speaking with people one-on-one and being allowed to partake in the lives of so many people, I love people.

What excites you most about your ministry?  I love being an "ambassador" of Epic Life and Christ in a professional sense both to Aurora and the broader North Seattle community.
Hobbies:  Photography, friends, reading, traveling (when I can), swimming, singing and more time with friends.

Your biggest passion?  Simply put: the beautification of Christ's bride- His Church. I desire for the world to see the church, not with the hypocritical stereotype it has today, but instead with the true heart of Christ overflowing from a deep understanding of His extravagant love for me, for us.
